Registration of birth and death certificates should be done online through Digital Assistant either at Meeseva Kendras or Village/Ward Secretariat
A delivery certificate should be attached to the hospital of the baby or Boy baby for birth confirmation
The authorities will examine and issue the certificate within 15 days of the application
