AndhraPradesh State Government for some time and in view of above, Department of Urban development & Municipal Affairs has decided to introduce online payment of Municipal Property Tax in municipal areas through online mode without any physical touch point.

The following features without the requirement of physical visit to the Department:

1. Open Official Website https://cdma.ap.gov.in/en
2.  Go To Online Payments
3. Click Here Property Tax Option

Online payment Process Step – 2

1. Open Property Tax Display
2. Select Your Property District
3. Select Your Property Corporation/Municipality/NP
4. Select Your Payment Type
5. Click To Submit Button

Search your property Tax Process Step – 3

1. Please Enter Assessment Number
2. Please Enter Old Assessment Number
3. Please Enter Owner Name
4. Please Enter Door Number 
5. Click To Search Button

View On DCB property Tax Process Step – 4

1. View On Your AP Property tax Details 
2.  View On Old Payment Receipts

Pay Your property Tax Process Step – 5

1. View On Your Payment
2. Select Tick Mark CFMS Payment Gate Way
3. Select Terms & Conditions
4. Scroll Down Click To Pay Online Button
5. Select Payment Gate WAY PAYU Charges OR SBI Charges
6. Select Payment Process And Pay Now
7. Your Payment Was Successful
8. To Get Download Receipt
